Student Mentorship Program
Designed specifically for Congolese students, this comprehensive one-year renewable program combines one-on-one mentorship, volunteer opportunities, work-study positions, internships, and professional development workshops.
Participants must maintain a 3.0 GPA, engage in regular mentoring sessions, complete volunteer work, and undertake an internship or co-op placement. The program empowers students through direct experience, financial support, and access to our extensive professional network.

Kings Wise Men Program
This innovative initiative honors and engages Congolese elders (aged 50+) as wisdom-keepers and mentors. Led by a council of distinguished elders supported by experienced professionals, the program focuses on cultural preservation, mentorship, community leadership, and knowledge transfer.
Through monthly wisdom circles, quarterly cultural events, and annual celebrations, these respected elders share traditional knowledge, provide guidance, offer conflict resolution, and help preserve valuable cultural heritage.
